The Bible’s Gift of Life

The Bible is the foundation of Christianity where we can see God’s love for us come to life. It contains the answers to all of life’s vital questions and changes the very way we see ourselves and those around us. Most importantly, the Bible teaches us that through Jesus Christ our sins are forgiven and we can have eternal life.

These key Bible verses show God’s plan of salvation for us:

God Loves You

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. – John 3:16

But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. – Romans 5:8

None of Us Are Perfect

As it is written: “none is righteous, no, not one” – Romans 3:10

Through Jesus, We Are Saved

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. – Revelation 3:20

For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” – Romans 10:13

But these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name. – John 20:31
